ACCOUNTS
How much does it cost to become a dealer/reseller?
Answer: FREE, all you need to do is sign up at our registration page (here) and submit all necessary documents. As soon as you're approved, you will be issued a username and password.
How long will the processing for new accounts take?
Answer: Typically 1-4 days. As soon as you have registered, we will process the details and request from you additional requirements. Depending on how soon you can send us the necessary documents, it would then take us 24-48 hours to verify your documents, issue you your login details, and activate your account!

Are there any minimum order requirements?
There are no minimum order requirements.
How do you deliver the products? Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Within Metro Manila: We deliver it for FREE if it is in big volumes---300 boxes and up.
Outside Metro Manila: We send it through our client's preferred courier.
Do you honor online deposits through banks?

Do you give discounts on big volumes?
Yes. Different prices for 300 boxes and up is being implemented.
What are the requirements needed to purchase an order (for first time customers)?
We require the following requirements to be submitted to us via fax or email attachments:
1. FOR PHARMACIES/PHARMACEUTICAL DISTRUBUTORS/HOSPITALS:
- Valid License to Operate from Food and Drugs Administration
- Business Permit
- DTI / SEC Registration
2. FOR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS/DOCTORS
